Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we ship directly to most countries in the world. 

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Friday it will be shipped out within 24 hours. If your order was placed on Saturday the order may be shipped the same day. If not, it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment. All domestic packages usually take 2-7 days. International orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. 

Will it say “Puff Puff Pass It” on my credit card statement and on the package?

No. We are very discreet. Our packages come in a plain, white or colored poly mailer or plain box with only our initials “PPPI”. Same initials will be shown on your credit card statement and NOT “Puff Puff Pass It”.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

What’s your return policy?

Items purchased from PUFF PUFF PASS IT are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Why should I become a registered user?

There are many reasons to make an account on our website. You won’t have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, you can check the status of your order and receive occasional discounts & newsletters.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You need to contact us immediately to cancel your order. If you receive the delivery confirmation notification it is too late to cancel the order. In that case, customer needs to start a return and wait until the item is returned back to us for a refund. 

What type of payment options are there?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

What are your shipping fees?

We charge $0. Free shipping. Free returns. All the time :) 

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we can ship to PO boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. We support our troops.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

How do I carry ‘Puff Puff Pass It’ products in my store?

For all your smoke shop needs, check out our friends at BestDamDeals.com - They have a wide selection of products available for wholesale. There is a minimum of $200 required on all orders and free shipping on all orders of $500 and more. You must have a valid seller's permit if you are a California business owner.
