Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. However, there are countries that do not accept smoking accessories through their customs inspections. Please review your country's laws before placing an order, or reach out to us to verify.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

We dispatch all orders within one business day, so most domestic orders will arrive within 2-7 days depending on carriers and your chosen shipping preference. International orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks due to carriers and customs policies.

Will it say “Puff Puff Pass It” on my credit card statement and on the package?

No. We are very discreet. Our packages come in a plain, white or colored poly mailer or plain box with only our initials “PPPI”. Same initials will be shown on your credit card statement.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order.

What’s your return policy?

Items purchased from PUFF PUFF PASS IT are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition. We do not take back used products.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Why should I become a registered user?

There are many reasons to make an account on our website. You won’t have to re-enter your shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, you can check the status of your order and receive occasional discounts & newsletters. You can also join our rewards program by signing up for an account. Full benefits of our rewards program can be found on the rewards page, but in summary, you can collect Puffs (what we call our points) by a variety of activities, such as placing orders, referring friends, liking our social media pages, etc. and use the collected Puffs towards your next purchase.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You need to contact us immediately to cancel your order. If you receive the delivery confirmation notification, it is too late to cancel the order. In that case, you will need to start a return and wait until the item is returned back to us for a refund or exchange. 

What type of payment options are there?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

What are your shipping fees?

We charge $5 for all orders below $10. All orders over $10 receive free shipping. All orders over $75 automatically get upgraded to Priority Mail (2-3 shipping). We also offer free returns/exchanges for our domestic customers.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we can ship to PO boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. We support our troops.
